Well I pulled it off! :D I upgraded my CPU by getting the Powerleap Adapter coupled with a Tualatin 1.13Ghz PIII-S CPU. With some wheeling and dealing it only set me back 40 bucks, by selling my old CPU (which got some really good mileage on eBay, I guess because it's Slot One) and selling my old tv tuner that I was going to throw out but thought better of it and released it on eBay. The 1.2Ghz Celeron/Powerleap bundle on the other hand retailed for 169 bucks. Who is your DADDY?? :D

I have an MSI BXMaster board, and the Powerleap adapter seems to work perfectly on the board (FSB at 133Mhz)

Since they released a 1.4GHZ Tualatin, I wonder if I can continue upgrading along the Tualatin line with this adapter, even though Powerleap's specs said up to 1.26Ghz, but that was before the 1.4 came out.

WHat I was thinking of doing was selling the 1.13Ghz and then replace it with the 1.26Ghz. I'd have to do some more wheeling and dealing on eBay though. Is it really worth it, since the benchmarks dont seem to indicate that much of a performance increase??
