Benchmarks for us modem people

Hey guys! Again another question to you :rolleyes:

What are some good system and/or video benchmarks that are SMALL? I've checked out 3DMark 2001, and even with my download resume I'm not going to spend the time downlading 50 some MB of benchmark! Even 3DMark 2000 is too big.

I would prefer to keep it below 5MB if possible (10MB absolute maximum). I don't want to spend countless hours waiting for something to download just to benchmark my system. I downloaded GLXS, but I can't seem to find any other small benchies.

Let's see what the forums can do...

Why don't you try leaving your computer on to download overnight? That's what I do, and it works very well

Well, the computer is on 24/7 (gotta love SETI!) but my parents refuse to let the internet stay on overnight. That's why I don't want anything huge. I could always resume the download but I really don't feel like it, and I don't like the internet any slower than it is while I'm on it.

RainMaQer, I'm going to start on the download real quick. My bro needs the phone :).

Just start the dl at the evening then let it run while watching something and resume if you have to give up the line.

Thanks RainMaQer!! I finally got it (after my bro got off the phone, we had to go to a play...), and it works great! Looks kinda like Sandra when you turn on the compare features. Now I get to flaunt how slow my computer really is!! :D An amazing score of 73.0!!! :p
