Whats the best way to unlock xp 1600+

I raised the frontside bus to 154 about a month ago and it ran everything fine. About a week ago my comp wouldnt reboot so i had to lower it down to 1.53 ghz. I changed my Sunon fans to a lower cfm i think like 37. Watched my temps and repositioned the fans so i got the same cooling ability. But i just want to know the best way to unlock it so i don't have to push the fsb as high.

It seems my comp doesnt like the higher FSB anymore and I couldnt stand the airplane noise from the fans. I would like to be able to buy something online because I'm pretty far away from any hobby store or auto store.

thanks plague that gives me some ideas i didnt know you could use thermal paste to fill in the grooves. I will see if i can get some conductive paint or buy the circuitworks.
