Ok, as you guys know you all helped me get my celeron 900mhz to run at 1ghz. :) Thanks. But I still have one small problem to fix. When I reboot now my system crashes. Well it just wont reboot unless I push the restart button. I go to Start/run\restart and whaen the comp tries to reboot it gets as far as the VERY first screen when you reboot then hangs there. Im wondering if this is due to the overclock I have done? My FSB is at 110mhz and my voltage is at default. I have tried to up the voltage , but after going up by 2 settings got chicken and put it back to default. My Cpu temp when just sitting is at 26C and when under stress it's at 33C at the very most. Makes no sense to me and if you guys can help me out with this last thing it would be great.

Thanks in advance for any help I might revieve. :D

Go back to 100fsb and try rebooting and see if it works.

If it is on Windows 98, this would probably be a windows shut down supplement problem.

Other than that I've also seen bios updates which update the fact it does faulty things on reboots.

Try those things:

Get all the Windows Update especially the essentials if your only on dial up.

Check for the lastest bios updates.

Then come back and give us an update upon your status.

Crap im useing win98se. :D I'll try the 100fsb thing first though. I just got the mainboard and the comp store put in the newest update for the bios. Im on broadband so it's not the critical update thing. I thought it was for awhile so i just about 1 hour ago updated windows.

Check the Windows Update for the Windows Shut Down Supplement.

Don't ever take a clerk's word they just want to go for the quick buy and make money to invest in bigger wallets.
