Viper V770 help

My friend has a Viper V770 and wants to know if it is possible to bond a fan to the stock hs.

He wants to use PRC Sealent to bond just the fan to the heat sink.

The heat sink on the viper is on with Thermal Adhesive would there be any point to even bond a fan to the heatsink its not even overclocked.

it can never hurt to add a fan for extra cooling

I had that card I didn't think it was worth it, it was an old TNT2 GPU core inside and it obviously doesn't get hot. The best you can do for it is get arctic allumina adhensive and lap the stock heatsink and that'll REDUCE ALOT.

I put a 40 mm sunon fan on mine just screwed it into the heatsink. It really doesnt need a fan just the passive heatsink if your not gonna overclock.
