Hi,
First of all. I had my 360 for a while, so my warranty is junk...
So I got RROD, and tried to fix it. After doing that successfully, I plugged everything in to try it and it worked.
Then yesterday I brought it over to my friend's house, and he plugged it in and everything it started it up and everything then it froze and rings came back.
I unplugged the damn thing, and tried plugging it back, but it wouldnt turn on, and my power brick light went from Orange to Red... Anyone have any suggestions?

I know the power brick is good, because I tried it on my brother's 360 and it powers on just fine.

How long ago did you buy it? MS extended the warranty period on the 360s, so as long as you didn't break the warranty seal, you can still send it back and most likely get a newer revision console that cools better.

I had it for 3 years or something like that... Warranty is long gone because I repaired RROD.

Did you have it stand horizontally or vertically? Did it overheat or get really hot when playing?

Um, it was laying flat, but my friend DID plug in the power brick into a Surge Protector.
Can that be the issue?
Because, I try turning the 360 on, the green light blinks, and the light on the brick goes orange to red.

Try the stuff here (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/906101). Also, if you've opened the box yourself, you may have created a short somewhere inside (I've had that happen to me before). Take a look again and make sure nothing's shorted to the aluminum case.

Um, I took it out of the case and no luck...

Did you try hooking up your xbox to another PSU? See if it works with another one. If it does, then your PSU is probably bad and is causing the problem.

that happens when the power brick isn't well ventilated

I re-heated the sinks... Power supply is fine, I have the second xbox and it works excellent.
I think I might have fried my other Xbox...
