I'm looking for a faster SSD replacement for my 4GB eeePC. I don't care so much for space as I've been able to stretch 4GB's more than I thought I could.

I came across this. (http://www.mydigitaldiscount.com/SPD/runcore-16gb-pro-sata-70mm-mini-pci-e-pcie-ssd-for-asus-eee-pc-900-and-s101---preorder-runcore-16gb-pro-70mm-sata-mini-pcie-solid-state-drive-ssd-for-asus-eee-pc-900-s101--8000092D-1231823079.jsp)

Who is RunCore and can I trust their listed speeds of
Sustain Read Speed up to 110MB/s
Sustain Write Speed up to 90MB/s

Nice speed, but it needs to have a Mini PCI-e interface. I have seen some on the egg just not sure which ones would be more of a speed improvement vs a capacity improvement. Most are listed as 40MB's read. The 4GB I have is rated at 40MB's but tends to get 5 - 15 MB's, not even close to rated speed.

The Runcore's are great. Many use them as replacements for their Dell Mini 9's/Asus SSD's and are very happy. Just make sure you do align the partition if you're going to use XP.
