buy 1900+ now or wait till 2200+ ??

i have a 1.4ghz and i have enough cash to buy a new cpu.. but i have no clue when the 2200+ will be out.. seems like everyone is saying at least 2 more months till they will be...
do you think i should buy an 1900+ now and sell my 1.4, then sell my 1900+ when the 2200+ comes out?
any idea's?

I tend to be pretty cheap, so I wait until I get a BIG jump before actually upgrading: Had K6-2 450s until the Athlon 1.4s were out....then I got a 900!

If I was going to buy an XP now though I think I'd go with a 1600: I've seen a lot of them getting the same oc I get with my 1800 (1725) and its a bit cheaper
But check the cpu database out (I haven't).

Unless you have some software you can't run you might want to just wait before upgrading. Of course you could build another system IN ADDITION to your current one: thats different!:D

well i allready sold my hdd's and my other system... so ill probly just get a 1900+ and wait till the 2200+ get about 200 bucks if they ever do
