Any affect on raiding these?

I purchased 2x of the western digital drives, but the first one was the AAKS and the second was the AALS. I was just thinking of selling the AAKS but then I began to think if Raiding these would work. The difference is just the cache afaik.

shouldnt have a prob... you will just be limited by the slower one, but after a quick google search it looks like the difference is just cache so there shouldnt be much of a diff between the 2.

Thanks for that, I cant believe I forgot to post they were the 640 variant drives. Im glad to see google can figure out what I was talking about :)
