can all Xp's be unlocked?

I'm *issed!!! I tried 3 times to unlock this thing. I Cannot get it. I have unlocked my friends on the first try . I have tried different methods, took breaks, I finally just put the piece of *hit back into the MB and said heck with it tonight. Can all XP's be unlocked????

As far as I know yes, I have seen every speed of xp unlocked.

I could not find any rear defroster repair kit in this hick town I live in.......so I got a idea of (don't laugh) I took a thick carpentar's pencil and filed the lead up until I had a pile of lead dust, then I mixed some of my wifes clear nail polish with it to make a conductive paste. It worked perfect, I just had a hell of a time to get it on the chip....I filled in the gaps with my kids playdoh (don't laugh again!) then painted the whole thing,,, let it dry for a hour and then took a exacto knife and cut a line inbetween the L1 dot's it worked the first time!!!! I can get all of my multipliers now! I did the volt mod also , That was the easy part! If I never have to paint L1 bridges again it will be too soon. I am at 150fsb, 11.5 multiplier 1733 mhz, 37c, 1.97 vcore.
