OCZ Reaper HPC 4GB physical memory dump vista?

Ok just RMA my ocz Reaper HPC 4GB back to newegg,
Took 10 days to get back and doing the same thing,
Been getting physical memory dumps on vista,
The screen will turn blue and i have to turn the comp off and boot up again,
Was doing this with the last set of ram,
Ive ran vista memory test and they pass,
Then i ran it again and had errors,
Ive tried running each stick 1 at a time,
same thing happens as well,
Ran memtest86 on them and some errors came up,
I cant believe i will have to RMA this a 2nd time,
Anyone think it could be my mb or cpu,

To find out its the mb,
Because went and tried some one else ddr2 i got a hold of,
If u put 2 sticks in there at the same time,
It will not even boot up or beep or anything,
So only 1 ram slot out of 4 work on the mb it seems,
