I've had my VOS32 since November and one of the YS Tech fans is starting to sound a little funny.
It almost sounds like one of the blades is scraping the housing. I took it out and cleaned off the dust, and checked the blades, they all clear the housing fine. I couldn't get it to make the noise by turning it by hand, so I blew compressed air on it to spin it up. Oddly enough, it only makes the noise spinning in one direction (the normal operating direction). The noise is quite irritating, and it has to be loud if I can hear it over all of the case fans I got buzzing in there.
Since I'm still kinda new to all this, I'd thought I'd throw this out there in case anyone has a quick fix. I would have hoped that the fan would last longer than 3 months.
Also, any recommendations for replacements if it's just crapped out? Maybe something in the 30-34 cfm range?
