Could someone direct me to an article that details in easy to understand steps, how to apply

Heat sinks to the video cards memory.
Fan to the video cards gpu.

And where I should put the Arctic Alumina Thermal Compound/adhesive. :-)

I have the following stuff ready for the ATI Radeon card.

1 x Arctic Alumina Thermal Compound
1 x Arctic Alumina Thermal Adhesive
1 x Thermaltake Memory Cooling Kit
1 x thermaltake "Crystal Orb"

You should look on the front page. There's tons of articles on cooling.

Actually I have looked through almost every cooling and video card cooling article, but did'nt find anyone that were detailed enough to make me 100% sure that it would work... but I can try and see what happens.. ;)

Also.....
To remove the stock ati heatsink, place the card in a anti static baggy and place in the freezer for 15-30 minutes.

Then take a credit card and butt it next to the Ati heatsink, then take a butterknife and the Ati heatsink pops right off.

are the stock coolers on ATI's really that bad? i thought it was doing well, and nice and quiet too!

Yea the stock coolers are ok if your not O.C.ing it.

I think the normal radeon fan/sink is placed there just forlooks, i think i saw a test of it once, and they found out that there was almost no higher heat when it was removed.

Oh whell, add some sinks/fans andyou can overclock a bit ;)
