priority classes - W2k

whats the most safe priority classes i can use to run 3d games?
i use W2k pro and leanred just recently that i could ALT+TAB the game and set its priority instead of making the .bat files. i did it but decided to use the real time for eveyrone. they run fine.
what can happen from making this? is there too much difference between high and real time priorities?
all the services i dont use r turned off and i use to restart the system before playing a game.

Realtime isn't really recommended. It takes precedent over everything else, even if the system needs cycles to do something else.

You won't get any noticeable gaming performance by running anything higher than Normal priority.

only max payne seems to be a tiny bit faster but i think thats just because its using the CPU a lot with my geforce2 system.
ill leave all them using the high priority.
