can I "sync" a flash drive and a HDD?

So I have about 120MB comprised mostly of word documents backed up on 2 flash drives. I have a few files that are on the flash drives but not my HDD and vice versa, but it would take a significant amount of time to locate these files. Is there a way to "sync" these drives as I would sync my blackberry to my outlook contacts, calendar etc? maybe with some software?
