ok I'm new to this overclocking stuff! I was wontering if I can unlock a 1.4 GHz amd chip? I know sounds like a dumb question just looking for some info to get started with. If you have any links on chips that can and can not please add them!!

Not all do. I have a 1.4 of the 200 FSB flavor that I had to unlock.
