Check out Dell. They have good deals all the time on PS3 and 360 bundles. Keep an eye on Slickdeals. Dell usually runs a deal on the consoles every month or so.

I remember somewhere bestbuy was giving away guitar hero + a $50 gift card if you buy from them....Do some searching around for it....It may be a deal well worth it.

You can also find a 10% off Kmart coupon floating around some places.

If there's a Circuit City near you, they have consoles for 20-25% off but they're really cut and dry. I got my Xbox 360 Arcade for $150 and the 60gb live kit for $70 (A Premium for $220) and the Premiums were $240. The PS3 80gb was $320 but I couldn't find one.
