What is a good product that will cool off my ram? that is on a price range from around 20-35$

80, 92 or 120mm fans. You make up some kind of bracket or use one of these (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835202003).

You may be able to rig something that will cost you nothing. For a while I used and old CPU fan that I attached to the side of the ram and it blew across it. A couple of paper clips and one old fan and you're in business. It doesn't take a whole lot of air flow to keep the ram temps down.
