I'dlike to get 3 ghz on this set up, I've been looking around and messing around with it, but its kind of hard when I don't know what the bios settings do.

Here are my current settings, I marked all changes with ***** after the change. Any help at hitting 3 ghz or more would be awesome! this is stable in prime for about 2hrs and running, but I didnt have any luck going up near 3.0

temps are around 55-58 above, is that about right?
