What products out there are the best for getting rid of scratches on the bottom of cd's?
i use micro fiber towel and wipe it very carefully but thoroughly.

microfiber towels without anything else? hmmm never heard of doing that. I'll try that out.

I use automotive swirl remover on a 100% cotton cloth, but deeper scratches require starting with harsher polish. Rub from the center to the edge, not in a circular motion.
Don't use cleanser (Bon Ami actually scratches badly) or toothpaste (not even Colgate regular).

Try automotive wax, put it on let dry wipe off with soft clean dry rag. Also I found this stuff http://perma-spin.com/ a few years ago which is basically just wax, wipe on let it dry wipe off and it has repaired some very badly dmged cd's of mine with 100% success.
