I'm about to cut another hole in my comp and I'm trying to decide whether it should be an in or an out, as far as air flow is concerned. I've got a panaflo 120mm doing intake on the front bottom of the chassing an 80mm blowhole in the top, the PS fan exhausting and another fan mounted above the processor blowing in. I'm gonna cut another hole below the one that's above the processor (should put it pretty much above my AGP and PCI slots. I'm thinking about making the bottom fan (the one near the PCI AGP) an intake and changing the one above to cpu to an exhaust. Any suggestions on which kinda setup would work better? and about how far apart should I place them for maximum airflow

Out of all my fans, only the 60MM above the PSU is an exhaust fan. Doing this has allowed cool air to build up inside my system and I get the effect similar to Hoot's where he used a centrifugal blower attached to his case. Nice cool air pours out every nook and cranny of my case, you can feel it upwards to 9-10 inches away.

Some will say you need to equalize input-output, but I say bah, my temps get lower with every new input fan I put in :D
