i just got a new motherboard cpu, and ram

Motherboard: ASUS P5KPL-AM
CPU : intel E5200
memory : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....m=290293841094&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=019

the system wont boot, just sits with the fans running.

i checked the Motherboard booklet, and it says "this motherboard doesnt support memory modules made up of 128mb chips"

the memory i have is made up of 256mb chips (acording to the sticker on the ram): am i right in assuming that this means that the ram i have is incompatable with my system?

Thanks markp1989

EDIT: if the combatability is the problem, will these work with this motherboard? http://www.ebuyer.com/product/154644

EDIT 2; http://www.ebuyer.com/product/148853 This is in the listed in the motherboard book as being compatable
