also with these blocks able to do ???

1 cpu + NB and SB + 2 Mosfets + 295GX + 2 pumps + 1 rad + RAM cooler 1 res

and you question is?

you will be wasting money and flow rates, even with dual pumps, and there is no need to cool the ram that much. koolance also uses aluminum in their ram block.

unless your worried about a pump dieing then 1 of those pumps will handle what your asking.

this is in the wrong locations, should be in water cooling. ask a mod to move it for you.

if you plan to overclock there is to much heat in that loop. i think you could get away with stock clocks with a quad otherwise a dual and triple and 2 loops if you going with 2 pumps is best.

i was thinking two loops also now Koolance was aluminum now back to copper so many times had this debate

2 loops with 1 rad?
not a good idea splitting loops.

i would just go with 2 loops, makes it less complicated and better temps.

yea but it's QUAD ? but i'm not sure anyway because had so much advice from so many guys i'm so lost and already paid for everything:cry:

for your cpu it will be to hot with a single 120mm rad, with a double it will give you nice stock temps or decent temps with overclocking, with a triple 120mm it will give you great oc and good temps.

with your video card thats 2x the heat dump and need at least a double 120mm rad.

plus you want to add mosfet, nb and sb. that is at least a single 120mm rad.

add it up a double and triple at least, for the money you would spend on a quad feser i would get 2x Swiftech MCR320 rads and run gpu and n/b and s/b. then cpu and mosfets on second.

yea but everything been paid for now

Unfortunately all I can think of is to try and return what you don't need for credit to buy what you do need.

so all i need is 1 more rad 4 more fans should be okay with one res right just clear this up

Spawn-Inc
02-24-09, 11:42 PM
o, i didn't know you had all the stuff. in that case return the ram blocks forsure and try it all in one loop, you can always order a MCR220 or what ever rad you want later on.

For a backup res? That seems like a little bit of overkill to me and will just complicate the routing of the tubing.

i'm not sure who told you to get koolance blocks but you will need anti corrosion coolant, which feser is not. you are mixing metals which is not a good idea.

not a good idea, its aluminum, but your already mixing it so what the hell.

oops, i thought it was feser view (just dye) and not feser one which will help SLOW the corrosion that is going to happen.

My goodness. Lets cut your list down to the parts we need to know about.

CPU
Mobo
GPU
What else you want to watercool beside the above items
Case
Watercooling parts you chose on a whim with no idea what is needed

The rest we don't care about at all.
.................................................. ........

Cooling parts is all about

What you want to cool
What parts to cool and your planned overclock
Your planned watercooling loop
And what you want to mount it in

I really don't need to know what size screw you plan to put in the left uppermost hole....

also them bottel's cost me $40 for 2

4 more Blacknoise Noiseblocker Multiframe S-Series M12-S2 51.2 CFM

1/ aquabox 5 1/4" schwarz with fittings

Wow what is a 1 CHC-120-V06? No clue.
1/ aquabox 5 1/4" schwarz with fittings......................... All I know about a schwarz is the movie Blazing Saddles. What is that?

What CPU? What GPU?

I7 920 no overclock, well maybe a bit?
GTX 280 and I wanna overclock to the max?

We'll try to help.

These are the basics we have to know.

Aha, The GPU card block is okay, some have it in the WC world and seem to be happy with it. I prefer Danger Den myself.

Your CPU block choice really needs improvement. Keep up the hard work. Hints to look at the companies Swiftech, D-Tek, Danger Den.

Hose size? Clamps? Res? Mebbe a pump?

why are you buying koolance gear? btw your links are dead.

Spawn-Inc

honestly i would return all the koolance blocks accept the gpu since you already have them.

replace the cpu block for a Swiftech GTZ with I7 adaptor

replace the n/b block with a swiftech MCW30 or a ek block or a danger den block.

replace s/b with the same as above (mcw 30, etc, etc)

don't cool your ram with water, air is plenty

and the mosfets are fine as they are all copper.
