Motherbaord Recommendation

Hi,

I was wondering if i could get some assistance with a new motherbaord purchase.

I am looking for a Socket 775 motherbaord that supports DDR3 memory 1600Mhz+, dont really want to spend more than $300.
The reason i want this specific setup is because i already have the 1600MHz DDR3 memory sticks and Quad core cpu.

I previously had a "ASUS Striker II Extreme" Motherbaord but it seems to have been fried for no apparent reason (note ppl: never buy this piece of crap motherboard, its very unreliable and has really bad memory support)

Here are some choices i have come across, let me know your thoughts on each and which ones is probably the best of the bunch.
Basically im looking to overlock a little bit (not too much) but reliability is the most important aspect.

price on both seem to be a little high. you can get them for around 120.00 in the states
