never mind some alcohol (:beer: ) fixed the card and now its back to rnnning beautiful again, nowhere near the 8500 mind you, but relative ly beautiful :)

I would guess on a GeForce 3...but haven't seen it on a Radeon...

Definitely an awesome game, single player was great fun, the AI is bloody surprising at times! Like the first time I got a grenade thrown back at me! Holy %&$!

Yes it is a great game. They have support for Linux but only in multiplayer for some reason unbeknownst to me. The Elite Guard rock! They're smart and sexy. :cool: Two very good qualities in my opinion. Too bad I had to blow them away. Very good story too, I loved it. I haven't played multiplayer yet? What's that like?

yah, i think it looks pretty cool. Havent played single player, but i got in a bit of good multiplayer at a LAN party last weekend. Very fun. I dont know about single player though. For me the thought of zombies and that kind of stuff kind of ruins the WWII atomsphere, but il try it.

Yeah, seriously do...the zombie element is a lot like thief, ie: you get the $&%^ scared out of you, occasionally!

Multiplayer is a lot of fun, but ping has been an issue because you need so many for a good game. Definitely better at LANs, hopefully they will start entering LAN shops, hardcore.

Well, sofar iv gotten to the catacombs, which im guessing will be my first encounter with the zombies. Lots of fun so far.

Yeah, price...I had lots of money, in November, so I went straight out, and got the tin box version...for $75. Ouch. Kinda regret it, but still, it's an awesome box! And you get an iron on patch of the wolfenstein logo! w00t!

Man it was a bit pricey for me to, but when I saw it at Best buy for $34.95 us, $20 off reg. I had to buy it. I've been crankin on it for 2 days now, love it. Seems like it starts out way to easy, even on the hardest setting. Get it now!

Might wanna check out MoH:AA ... I was a RTCW fan for about the month its been out, but now that I have MoH, it seems like crap compared and I never play it.

I dont know if you played Thief III But I don't know where I was but I was in a room and i looked at a scroll on a desk I turn around to leave..I fricken jump out of my seat...2 zombie's where walking torwds me...nevertheless that was only the demo..I need to finnish that game..I liked the gameplay very nice.. I hope RTCW is the same..

Yeah, it looks nice but I think it was too easy. Kill everything and head for the end door in every single map. It didn´t even last two days.... :(

I too played RTCW, until MOH:EE came out. Now I can't stop playing MOH. Both have great graphics and action, but I prefer MOH.

IMHO, it's a $30 game. the graphics are slick (even on my vodoo5 5500), some missions are nice in that they are stealth missions. the weapons are cool (altho the best one, you never get ammo for it).

however...

the multiplayer sucks, they screwed the weapons in multiplayer, plus it's laggy. the game itself is almost too easy (even at hardest level). and other than finding hidden areas, it usually doesn't take much thinking...just kill everyone/everything in sight.

IMO, this game is good once thru for single player... isnt really worth bothering with multiplayer. slightly dissapointing after you finish it and realize there is no replay/multiplayer value left.

i think rtcf is worth every penney that it cost it has a decent story line and good mplayer not many 1st per. shooters out there has those qualites so i like rtcf

RTCW is so sweet. It is the first shoot em up and kill em dead game I actually enjoyed. Problem is the zombies make it not seem as real.

i very much like the game. the zombies suck though, they kind of ruin the feel of the game. my drive crashed and now im weary of going through the catacombs again.
i was all the way to where u escaped the base and had to destroy a radio tower or something.......
and the multiplayer is very good, once u get the hang of it, wich i havent yet, I SUCK AT IT!

I liked this game very much, the story line is good, cool cut scenes to keep the story flowing. Multiplayer is a hoot. Love the beach map. great fun.

Moh:aa also a game I liked very muchly. I just love the fact that you can pistol whip some SS goon down. Multiplayer is spotty at best for Moh:aa. I HATE gamespy. by the time the game loads and it tries to connect most of the time your connection times out. it's crap, it really is. And then when you do finally get on a server the pings are fine for about 20mins then BAM 700+ pings. They really need to come out with a patch or something...

I just picked it up @ Best Buy for $35.00. The one player is awesome so far. I bought it Saturday so I'm only @ the beginning of the Catacombs. I dont much care for the Multiplayer though. MOHAA still kicks ace for Multiplayer.:D :beer:
