its not that hard to flash a bios
http://www.overclockers.com/ then click beginners guides, then bios updating....e3verything you need to know....
Go to your motherboard manufacture site(Iwill's site). Then go to your product they should have a "lastest bios" linnk and on the bios support page there should be instructions on what to put on the disk as well.
Make sure you read your manual as well it tells you what switches you should be using like /sn /cc etc.

Also make sure you CORRUPT NO FILES on that disc a bad bios flash can result in shopping for a new bios but thats rare just turn off everything when you download/copy and format the discs since nothing will effect the disk or anything you'll also need a bootable disc formated w/ System files on it.

i went too the beginners guide to flash bios for begginers and when it came to making a system files copy on the a drive didnt have the option of making a system file disk btw im using win xp prof
Go to Bootdisk.com (www.bootdisk.com) and download the Caldera Dr. DOS boot disk image and copy it to a floppy.
It's the best there is for flashing the BIOS.

Use Jon's flashing utility link or else you need to find a Win 9x machine to make the bootable disc.

Sandra is always nagging about BIOS versions, DMI problems etc. on every system I ran it on. It thinks a Celeron 400 on a iLX board can have the same Desktop Management Interface as a brand new PIV system!
its usually:
<program> <image rom> /SN /CC/PY /R
I would double check that.
