AW9D-MAX POST problem

BTW, I have a Q6600 processor.

Hello. I recently used the Windows-based FlashMenu to flash my BIOS to the most recent version. The flash appeared to succeed with no errors. I then rebooted and have not been able to get past the POST screen.

The system will try to boot and will activate the monitor but then go away. It will do this cycle for a couple minutes and then get to the boot screen with the Samurai sword man. At this point it appears to be frozen. The POST code is 49 at this point. Is there a POST code reference somewhere? I don't see any reference in the manual.

Any suggestions? I have tried clearing the CMOS many times. This seems to be related to the BIOS flashing because this problem occurred immediately after that.
