Shure you can do it for $75 it will just take a little more creativity. You can get a Maxi-Jet 1200 295 GPH pump for $18.99, a heater core for $15-30 and a water block for $16-30. Tubing is under $2 for 10 ft at the Home Depot. I'll let you know where I saw the Maxi-Jet 1200 when I find it. A heater core for a radiator can be found at a junk yard or at an online water cooling store. BECooling has a nice aluminum water block for $15.99. You can make a clamping device out of plexiglass so that won't cost you much. If you piece it together you will be able to have a nice setup for not a lot of dough.

MaxiJet 1200 - 19.99
Waterblock(Try asking around on the overclockers forum where people have made their own waterblocks and you can ask them to sell it for you for maybe 5-15 dollars try the user: "Rainmaqer or Silversinksam"...
You can probably go to a local junk yard and if you ask really nicely you can pull it straight out of a car or you can pay 20-30 dollars for it.

And the tubing well thats cheap isn't it?

By the way for a radiator if you can't find one you can make a bong setup.

Bah I made a waterblock and have a really safe clamp that cost almost nothing. Simply use springs and bolts through the 4 holes in the motherbaord. As long as you tighen them evenly (and that's pretty easy with springs) it's really hard to get the block uneven. The DD blocks uses this sort of system.

This (http://www.marinedepot.com/a_ph_mj.asp?CartId=) place has the maxi jet for $18.95. I highly reccomend a mounting system that uses the 4 holes for mounting if you have an AMD system.

what size fitings would that be .........

The out is a standard 3/8" just like most radiators and waterblocks but the intake is bigger so you will have to rig something up. I used my Maxi-Jet in a reservoir so I didn't have to worry about this. You can also use the pump inline if you seal off the main chamber since its not quite airtight.

I'm just bout complete on my setup now, and believe I have all the parts I need, for about $45. The key to cheap watercooling is knowledge, confidence and a little bravery. For now, just because I want to get my setup going I built the copper cap waterblock that's here... (http://overclockers.com/tips730/)

and am finishing up making the 12" bong that's here... (http://www.overclockers.com/articles389/index06.asp)

as for a pump get the one posted above, or go to your local pet store and look around, they should have a decent one for cheap. The hold down I agree works best with the 4 hole design, and I think you can find the layout in the copper cap block article. Don't be afraid to dive in once you've got a little bit of knowledge, but try not to do it BEFORE you've got that knowledge.

This approach is also more fun, more informative, and overall more satisfying. Check of the rest of the watercooling articles on the main part of overclockers.com, there really is a lot of helpful stuff there.

You may have to get inventive and make a clip. It's not all that hard to do. Failing that, you'll have to go out and buy one.
