View Full Version : whats wrong with my multipliers!?

ok so i unlocked doing everything they said.. and it works somewhat. i can change the multiplier from 11.5 to 12 but have to turn fsb down to normal or it wont work. And when i go to 13 or 14 it says my 1800+ is a 1700+. Plz help me. TIA!

if you have to get the FSB down, it's cuz your CPU hit a wall at that FSB*multiplier, or your voltage isn't high enough. as for the 13 and 14 multipliers problem, try redoing the unlocking, maybe the first time it wasn't done right, or not completly right

do u have to turn up the voltage when u raise the multiplier?

the cpu is drawing more power since it is operating at a higher speed than stock, so if it draws more power than the PSU is putting out you can get problems.

Are you sure you unlocked it properly - I had odd things happening when I first unlocked mine - when set to a 10.5 x multiplier it ran at 8.5X :eek: but when set at 11x it ran at 11x.

So i cleaned it all off and unlocked it again and now it works ok.
