i ordered some memory from memorysupplier.com and they sent me the wrong item. they sent 8mb simms instead of 32mb. i have never had to return a product before. what is the best/safest was to do it to make sure everything goes smoothly. the memory was shipped usps for $4.95. they say on thier web site that they cover return shipping up to $4.95. can i ship it back for that, if not is their anything else i can do. this is the worst vendor i have ever seen. i will never do buisness with them again and DONT recomment anyone do either.

thanks

You can send USPS with delivery confirmation for under $5.00. It may be a little slow unless sent Priority or Express (which will probably cost a little more too) but should do the trick.

Just call the vendor and get an RMA confirmation and follow their requirements for getting it done.

Mistakes happen and I know its to your inconvenience but I wouldn't write them off until you see how well the RMA is carried out. Believe it or not, I find the RMA processes that different businesses have as the final saying about their customer service.

Buy computer parts as long and as often as I have and the RMA process will be something you have to get used to.
