if you did this would it help- i kow you couldnt use arctic sil. 2 but howbout hte radio shck stuff is that conductive and would this work better thatn just the air int he socket?:D

If you are talking about the sensor under the CPU when it is in the Zif Socket, yes. I have seen where putting a little bit of ASII on the top of it and making sure it is touching the bottom of the CPU did help the accuracy of the temp sensor. One thing to remember though is, mobo built-in temp sensors are NEVER the most reliable! If you want good and reliable, go with a DigiDoc5 and drill into the HS some you can put in one of the temp sensors from it.
