stepping codes?

iv heard a lot abou stepping codes and i understand them and all but when you order how do you know what codes your getting? do you just get screwed over possibly or what?

buying from most places as far as the steping goes its just the luck of the draw but there are a few places that let u chose your steping i dont know them tho...

You can definately go the eBay route. Thats where I got my processor/ram... made sure it was AGKGA "Y". I love eBay :)

It all depends on what type of processor you want. Durons are different from Athlons, which are different from Xp's...
