OCZ RMA?

I tried to get an RMA, they gave me a ticket number. They sent e-mail asking for me to add details about hardware, try to do that and I get a message saying " This ticket does not exist or is closed. Please try again". What's going on? Any OCZ reps around?

The company reps there are usually very active and helpful.

Once they issue an RMA they close the ticket pretty quickly. They are flooded with RMA's because their ram has a very poor track record at performing to specs.

I just have to say, out of all the pc hardware companies I have ever dealt with over the past 16 years, OCZ has got to have THE BEST customer service, EVER!!!!
