how's this 3dmark2001 score?

this is on an amd xp1800 non overclocked with a visiontek g3 overclocked to 250/555. Is this a decent score?

For some reason "i beleive bad memory" i can not get 3dmark to run when i bump the fsb to 140, it comes up with a error saying there is a corrupt texture file on the Lobby Test.
