ok, i read the guide. I have an Asus Maximus II Formula. I am also runnind an HD4870x2 and watercooling. I decided to get a bigger power supply for future upgrades so I am getting a 1000w psu.

My question is this. The Motherboard has an EATX12V 8 pin connector.
the PSU has a, EPS12V 8 pin. is this OK? what is the difference?
There is also a OP1000-P that looks almost identical save for a PCIE connector setup. I may get that as it is actually in stock.
