Well, when setting up a water cooling system it seems pretty obvious that after the water leaves the radiator it should go directly into the CPU waterblock. But from there, should it go directly into the Video Block and then into the Chipset:
Pump -> Radiator -> CPU -> Video -> Chipset --> Back to pump
or after hitting the CPU break of into a T fitting and go strait to each:

What do you think works better?
The best way would be to send fresh cold water to all units at the same time. This would mean that after the radiator you need to split the line to each of the units (cpu, chipset, and gpu) separately. Cooling in parallel makes sure that you don't send water that has been heated by a component to the next one. The trick to doing this, however, is to have a pump that has a large flow to ensure good flow through each individual component.

I read somewhere that the Chipset doesnt heatup all that much.
I have an EPoX 8KHA+ mobo with the VIA KT266A Chipset
So perhaps sending water to the CPU and GPU sepertly, then after going to the GPU sending that water to the chipset.

I only watercool the cpu. The chipset doesn't get hot enough to warent water I just use an old stock Intel Pentium cpu cooler modded to fit the chipset. As for the GPU I usually don't bother doing anything execpt using AS2 and maybe a better fan on the stock sink also I have gotten the best results from OCing the memory, the GPU alone may not be worth the trouble. Increasing the speed of your system memory will also get you better framerates and video benchmarks.
Correct me if wrong please, but I would think that you would pull water from the res - to processor- to other stuff- to rad- to res. The reason I say this over time would you not heat up the res by pumping hot water constantly to it ..to the point the rad efficiency would be compromised? Just a thought.

hmm... thats something to think about, though I am not sure wether or not I am going to include a reservoir.
If you going to use a res it should go like the below picture

Does the water go to the CPU or the Radiator first? Its hard to tell from that picture.

MOOCH - Is that fan blowing air Out of the case, or sucking in?
