Kinda tempting at $29 with free shipping.
Would make for a great modding case, it looks like a big case.

Bought one. Don't know what I'll do with it yet, but for $30 shipped, I'll figure something out.

Dam I want one :( I can get rid of my old relic cases and have this one as a new back-up rebuild.
haha, I am tempted to do the same but I just bought an extra cm 690. I am debating on this because it says refurbished, not sure of the quality i'll be getting.. but for $30 who cares.

I am not sure. I can't decide. :(
I think I want one for after I finish my TT armor case mod. But the front intakes are really puny. :(

I bought a refurbished case from Fry's before, it was nice not even a scratch, it came w/out ps. I got 2 cases sitting around for nothing, but I did buy it anyway. Some how I addicted to Fry's refurbished cases :), normally you can't go wrong w/ antec cases

I debated, but realized I couldn't pass it up.

thanks in for one. need it for spare parts server so this will do just nicely.
edit: darn no more to ship. how unlucky for me
Decided to pick one up. For the price it really cannot be beat, assuming you have a PSU/Fans already.
Probably gonna make it a freenas server.

dead again. no free shipping
I was placing an order and it was still free shipping and then upon checking out all that came up with in store pick up. Then I go back to original sales page and it says unavailable for shipping. You might be able to call and still get it shipped, but I figured it was just a sign that I didn't really need the case.

Got mine today, this case is huge! My front panel is fine, kind of a pain to open, but it works fine. Everything seems to be here, I guess somebody just didn't like how it looked or something. Now I just have to figure out what to do with it...

good case for server and it can be used for front line defend in case of natural disaster :) the case is heavy, solid steel. I put it in storage not sure what I am going to do with it :)
Received mine. Only problem is the front door doesnt stay on, could be fixed, but i never leave them on my cases anyway so its fine for me.
Other than that i see no issues. Dont think it even had a system put into it as the metal plates behind the drive bays are still there.

I received mine today. It looks brand new. The finish on it is better than my Antec 300 and the plastic matches the paint better. I'm sure it's an all around better case, but The front door fell off when I opened it all the way. The bottom hinge hole is cracked(well, not the hole, but the plastic around it). I knew the door hinge would be a problem before purchasing when I read the reviews. Well I put it back together and it works fine. It just feels fragile. I'm sure it's an easy fix. I warned my dad who purchase the same case.
Got three of these $5 F/S Antec Tri Cool 80mm fans to go with it. Thanks to my dad.

Im really happy with this case, its definitely a server type case. Very solid construction and the side panel is really nice to take off.
I did find a problem when putting a DFI Ultra in it. The karajan audio module was too high and hit the rear fan, so I had to take it off. Not a huge deal since the machine is going to be a storage server.

seem like many of us having problem w/ the front door panel fell off :) other than that, the case look "new" to me :) and it will stay new for the next few years since I not going to use it :)

Then why did you buy it? O.o
A good deal is a good deal, sure, but if it has no use, it was wasted finances.

I'm sorry if you missed out, but that's the smart way to shop. As long as you not excessive. That's how I can afford things. Besides I couldn't see too many people on this site passing up a $130-157 case w/o f/s.

I didn't miss out, I opted not to purchase it. I have no need for a case. current computer resides in an antec 300, which surpasses the case in question's cooling ability. Next computer is going into a Cooler Master ATCS 840. I just chose not to get it...
If it's going to sit there for years unused you might as well not even bought it. I won't deny it'll make a good case mod project or even a good server case, but it isn't really a good coffee table.

I bought it because, like most people on this forum, I enjoy computer modding, and, also like most people here, I am the 'computer guy' for my friends and family. So, while I may not have a use for it at this second (especially in the middle of the school semester when I don't really have time for side projects), I'm sure I will have use for a good quality case in the near future. I can hack it up for a custom case if I like, or give it away to someone else as a nice, sturdy case. When the semester ends, and I feel like doing some sort of a case mod, I'll be glad I spent the $30 now on a nice case rather than spending at least twice that much later.
The last case I bought for $30 shipped was an eBay case several years ago, that was made of thin aluminum encased in transparent plastic. It was not sturdy, screws would fall out of it on their own, and I think it only held something like 2 3.5" drives. This case is worth at least 10 times as much as that case was, and it was still $30 shipped. Hell, my local electronics store sells a similar case to the one I bought several years ago for $45.
I'm not going to deny that newer cases have far superior cooling - but a 30lb case for $30 shipped with decent cooling is well worth it to me.

Agreed, as long as there's a use for it . :D
