Modding a geforce 3 ti 200 card with a better fan questions?

I have a visiontek geforce 3 ti 200 right now im at 243/520 and i want more. I was thinking of epoxing a bigger fan ontop of the stock fan would this help?

Not at all, to gain better cooling efficiency you need to remove the stock fan and replace it.

Sticking something on top won't do anything.

Yeah, take a look at the thermaltake crystal orbs, those aren't too bad...and some nice ramsinks if you need them...
