not bad what are the temps on it..
wolfsid, i havent tried it yet! Im going to tomorrow i hope!, i can come back with some pictures and data then!
Welcome to the forum! Looks like you did a very nice job on the block. I'm about to meke some cross drilled blocks out of aluminum so I'll let you all know how they turn out. Aluminum isn't actualy that bad. From what I have seen the temps will be about 1-3c higher than with copper depending on design. Its always nice to see new people around here.

Ok 1-3C aint that mutch i think. Hopefully someday i can make one in coppar and compare too. Alu is better to work with then coppar also. btw thanks for your warm welcome :)
I know Dangerden.com has copper but it probably isn't worth the shipping to Sweedon. I just ordered a bunch of aluminum so I can get some practice. Once I get some designs I like I'll switch over to copper. I think there are some old reviews here at overclockers.com compairing aluminum and copper blocks. I think design also has a bit to do with cooling. Check out the many reviews here (http://www.overclockers.com/topiclist/index31.asp#WATER COOLING)

good looking waterblock
at first I thought it was made out of silver:D
good job
Hey Loggo
Welcome to the forum, looks like a good block you have there. You are lucky to have access to a mill:) I'm not putting your block down in any way but some people have better temps with the water inlet directly over the center of the block/core.
Just my humble 2 cents. Anyway, whatever you make yourself is always Cooler than something you buy from a store. Keep on milling dude! Please keep us posted on your results. Good luck with it.
Warlord2, hehe silver.. i wish dude :)
Seeker, Ok thanks alot. A fat greet to the guys at my school that is milling for me! i didn't have to pay for any material so they are realy nice ! About the inlet, yes i know that now but didn't when we made it, that was about a week ago. Im a totally newbie in watercooling :)
Okey guys here are the numbers.. 44C T

Sucks big time bro...
I had bad connection with waterblock and core,.. Very lame of me :( I had artic silver and i though i have pulled them together hard enough but I hadn't.. :( I was afraid to break the motherboard, Heard that some ppl did that.. So now i have to save for a new cpu. But i have me an old amd 450 that i can use so it's not that bad. This seems to be an expensive hobby!

Man i know how you feel here is a picture that will make you feel better I have lost 4 processors and 2 vid cards but i learn from my mistake so its a very expensive lesson but it paid off in the long run, Cuz now I know more about computers and overclocking then i did before.

worried about too much pressure lol and look what happen if its not on good enought it burns up but on to tight and crack. LOL o well just make sure that its on.. and spacers don't work that good because i had a spacer on one of them a still broke also you risk shorting out something... nonconductive my ass :D
Wolfsid! DAMMIT! feel sorry for you losing that many cpus. I hope u got a good system running now after so many failures, i also hope i will have that someday :) If i dare to try again!

YES i Would consider my system badass well its a 1700+xp running at 13x147 cas 2 with a geforce 3 ti overclocked to 255/580 watercooled but i am moving my watercooling rig on a 2 different systems and i am building a phase change freon base cooling system.. water and pelter only get so much freon is the way to go.. LOL
Wolfsid! hehe, sounds like a badass computer u got there, any pictures or something?
