Hi..My Ram timings are set wrong..I need to reset them to default before doing my first OC..

I have a gigabyte X48 mobo....

How to I manually set my timings back in the bios...??

I see the timings there, and have changes the values I want them to be(they show on the right) but when I save , exit, and return they are not changed in the left side colume...

Hmmm Any tips here of what I need to do?/

Thanks DarkFury.. I have tried that many times and it does nothing for me..There must be something else that is not allowing it....
