I've got a Nvidia Geforce 7900gtx and am looking to move it to water.
This will be the main rig in my sig, and i'm creating a custom case for it.
I'm going to style this as a HTPC also.
Full specs and available parts:
ASUS A8V-SE (http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=15&l3=143&l4=0&model=576&modelmenu=2)Mobo
AMD X2 4200+
PCP&C 510 ATX PSU (http://www.pcpower.com/power-supply/turbo-cool-510-atx.html)
2 - 500Gb SATA drives.
1 - MCP 600 Pump (http://www.swiftnets.com/products/MCP600.asp)
1 - Double 120mm Rad (http://www.xoxide.com/swiftech-dual-quiet-radiator.html)
1 - Single 120mm Rad
(http://www.hwlabs.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=6&Itemid=35) 1 - Swiftech Apogee GT CPU block
(http://www.swiftnets.com/products/ApogeeGT.asp)1 - Swiftech MCW60 GPU block (http://www.swiftnets.com/products/mcw60.asp)
16 (2 sets) - MC14 Ramsinks (http://www.cool-z.com.au/zenshop/images/MC14setx400.gif)
(All Watercooling equiptment has 1/2" barbs)
I'm going to get tubing from HomeDepot or Lowes, Probably something like THIS (http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=19945-104-SVBKI10&lpage=none).
I still need to get some AS ceramique for attaching the ramsicks though.
Does this look fairly feasible to everyone?
I'm not sure if the ramsinks are going to dissipate the heat enough, do i need to get a block for them too HERE (http://www.xoxide.com/swiftech-memory-waterblock-ramcool79.html)?
I'm going to place the radiators and pump outside the case, and run the electric for the fans and pump out to it. It will be placed next to the unit.
All the equipment is going to be colored black, so black tubing is fine. If I need a reservoir it will have to be homemade or something I can get a HomeDepot or Lowes and convert to my usage.
