I just got my Muskin memory in today and after I booted up the system I noticed it's showing the full amount I installed but only showing a speed of 800mhz! My mobo is the EVGA 780i and I know it supports up to ddr2 1200, so what's going on. Do I need to manually change the speed in the bios? Memory timings are 5-5-5-15.

Yep, default motherboard always use the "standard" profile for memory, which is 800mhz on faster ram which have EPP's or special profiles for faster speeds they are rated at. You can either enable an option for the XMP / EPP in BIOS and it should do it itself (not sure about voltage) or you can manually put in the timings and speed. Is this 2 sticks or 4?
