e2160 & IP35-E vs 5200+ & M2N-SLI Deluxe

I have a M2N-SLI Deluxe and a 5200+ with the f3 stepping so it overclocks better than the other 2 versions of the 5200+. I also have the choice of having a IP35-E and a E2160.

I overclock them both to 3.0Ghz the math works out that way on both setups.

Which do you think is a better setup.

I am building a watercooling intel system so I figured I'd trade my dad my setup for his IP35-E So i could hook up the cooling to that then upgrade either my mobo or cpu then the other and I wouldnt have to just switch cold turkey from my amd setup.

Anyones opinion. I am leaning towards trading him.
 
at 3ghz the core 2 would be faster per clock, it would take the x2 running at 3.2-3.3ghz to be equal.
