Very cheap, even cheaper than their looser timed ram!
The PI apparently overclocks a bit better, and has cool looking heatspreaders (not sure if they work any better, but yeah will make your build more sexy :D )

Holy crack, these things are getting cheaper than a night out on the town :D What I like about these tri-channel sticks is that on a LGA 775 board you can crank up the vdimm and get some amazing speeds at tight timings.

GSkill. Can't go wrong there. And who says DDR3 is expensive?

Yeah, you can find some great deals on GSkill DDR3. I almost went with them over corsair because of price. And I mean its GSkill, Ive always heard great things about them.

What is the best brand for memory? I have always stuck with G.Skill, never treated me badly so far (although I have only been building for a few years now : \ )

Now their 5 dollars cheaper. Man, this is making it hard to stay away from a i7 upgrade.

Is it bad that I've been thinking about it and putting things in order for the last 2.5 months and I just got my tax return? lol

I"m looking at starting an i7 build and haven't had much of a chance to research memory (starting research now). But why are these so much cheaper than similarly priced modules with similar timings? Looking at newegg, the range for memory seems to be from $100 all the way to $200 something. Are these good modules, or cheaper not high of quality ones?
They appear good and I'm tempted to buy them.
