MSI X58 Platinum SLI

I just pulled the trigger on this with some OCZ DDR3 1333 memory.Ill get the cpu in the next week or so once i sell my cpu ram and mobo.But now im thinking about cancleling the order.Should I?If i dont ill probably pickup a I7 920 or 940 from the microcenter or should i order it from newegg?Im not worried about hitting 4.0ghz.Ill be happy with 3.8ghz or there abouts.Anyone know anything about that ram?
