Cpu stepping and overclocking

what does stepping have to do with overclocking..


i've heard alot of people talking about the setpping of there CPU's. Dose this realy make a diffrence in the overall overclock and cooling of the CPU.

i just looked up my CPU ( code sl45z) stepping CBO...(good or bad?)

its like whit cars whit a update engine its the same but slidly diverent
steping is new update of the same cpu works the same dose the same thing only some time's its buld that it can go faster and they got rid of some small bug's ore they streemline't some thing's in it and its only intresting for overclocking
