UT3 mouse problem

I'm having a problem with my fresh install of ut3, with or without patches.
There's no mouse response at all in the gaming maps. Mouse works fine for the options and such, but get into the game and nothing. I tried un-plugging the usb from the mouse, no luck. Removed/re-installed the game, no luck. WTH is wrong. Vista64??
I thought it was working fine a couple of days ago. I did cancel the ut3 download from steam. Cuz it was taking way too long. So I loaded up my ut3 from the dvd and did the patchs.

Anyone experience this or have an answer?

I went to the Epic forums and found out what the problem was.
Some how my "mouse sensitivity" decreased to 11. Default is supposed to be 2500. How? No idea.

Ahh, that's weird. lol I've never had any issues with Ut3. In fact I just love that game. Add me as a friend if you want same name as my ocforums. :D

Seems it defaults to 11 when first installed (at least from Steam). No idea why. I had the same problem.
