Where do I find vendors in my City/State!?

I've been trying to lower the cost of my absurdly expensive hobby [hey, if it aint collecting 33cent stamps it's expensive!].

Is there a site that allows you to look for vendors then narrow a search to city/state.

Not dealing with shipping prices would be great.

only thing i can think of is pricewatch.. but u need to do the search for a product first then look at the state then look on the site... they mostly do not lower ur shipping rate though BUT if its any plus to u. its like next day shipping but paying for standard.. thats why i love newegg i get the stuff in about 1 to 2 days for cheap shipping... resellerreview might help but i cant tell u now sence i cant connect to there site right now..
