HELP PLEASE

i got a big big problem..

alright, my motherboard has 2 PCI express slot alright.. 1 on the top another on the bottom..

the problem is, when i plug my graphiccard on the top PCIE, the colour and display SUCKS and the colours are like, windows 95.

and when i plug it in on the bottom one, everything seems normal.. is it my motherboard or my card?

When you plug the card into the top slot, right click on the desktop, go to properties, display settings, and see if you can increase the resolution and color settings.
