correct temp readings?

i run sisoft sandra to check my temps. it says that the temperature of my athlon 1ghz is only 34 degrees celsius. is this possible. i heard that athlons get extremely hot. here is the equipment i use for cooling

Vantec CCK6035D heat sink
80mm case fan
arctic silver II
power source fan

I have an XP 1800+ overclocked to 1.72GHz and it's at 34c idle. Probably accurate. Try Motherboard Monitor 5 here (http://mbm.livewiredev.com/). :)
